GlideHire

Draft — pending counsel review

GlideHire is in early access. The terms below describe our current operating posture in plain language. A counsel-reviewed final version will replace this page before paid billing turns on. Nothing here purports to be legal advice.

Cookie Policy

01What we use

GlideHire uses cookies, localStorage, and a small number of third-party scripts to keep you signed in, defend the site against abuse, and understand how the product is used. We don’t use advertising or social-network trackers.

02Strictly necessary

  • sb-*-auth-token (Supabase): keeps you signed in between page loads. Set on our domain; expires when your session ends or after 7 days of inactivity. Required.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: bot-challenge token set on the sign-in and survey pages. Ephemeral; cleared after the challenge is verified.

03Functional

  • atlas_active_context: remembers which role (clinician or facility team member) you last used when you hold both. Set by us; expires after 90 days. Not present if you have a single role.
  • UI preferences (localStorage): remembers collapsed/expanded states for filters and panels. Local to your browser; never sent to our servers.
  • atlas_admin_restore / atlas_impersonating: admin-only cookies used when GlideHire staff temporarily view the product as a specific user to investigate a support issue. Only ever present on staff accounts; cleared automatically after 4 hours.

04Analytics

  • PostHog (ph_*): product analytics. Tracks page views and conversion funnels using a hashed user ID — never your email or name. IPs are masked. PostHog data is used only by GlideHire staff for product decisions, not sold or shared. Stored as a first-party cookie on our domain.
  • Sentry: error tracking. Captures uncaught exceptions and stack traces with a hashed user reference so we can reproduce bugs.

05What we don't use

  • Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, AdRoll, or other ad networks.
  • Cross-site retargeting cookies.
  • Third-party social-network “share” widgets that load tracking.

06Your controls

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block our auth cookies, you won’t be able to sign in. Blocking analytics cookies has no effect on functionality. Email-preference toggles live in account settings.
