01What this is

GlideHire is a marketplace that connects anesthesia clinicians with the facilities that hire them, plus a public compensation transparency layer. By using the site you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose; if anything is unclear, email gabrielfarkas86@gmail.com.

02Who can use it

Clinicians create accounts under their own name and verify their identity against the NPPES registry. SRNAs may have an account but cannot apply to staffing roles. Facility users sign up with a work email and verify their organization’s domain. Facility-side accounts must be authorized by the organization they represent.

You agree not to impersonate anyone, share your credentials, scrape the site, or use it for purposes outside connecting clinicians with facilities.

03How the marketplace makes money

GlideHire is free for clinicians. Facilities sign a separate placement agreement that governs the placement-fee model — a one-time fee per hire of a clinician introduced through the platform.

Clinicians may earn a reporting bonus when they accept a position with a facility they connected with on GlideHire. Bonus terms are in the Clinician Master Agreement.

04What we don't claim

GlideHire is not a credentialing body, an employer, a recruiter of record, or a clinical decision-support tool. Compensation figures are clinician self-reports — accurate as a market signal, but not a guarantee. Job postings come from facilities directly; we don’t verify their accuracy beyond domain ownership.

05What you pay

During early access, posting jobs and applying are free. When paid billing turns on, facilities will pay a per-hire placement fee per the Placement Agreement. Clinicians never pay GlideHire.

06Content you submit

You retain ownership of anything you upload (CV, license, comp self-reports, profile fields). You grant GlideHire a license to display that content to the audience you select — facilities you apply to, the public Market Rate aggregator (for comp reports only, anonymized at n ≥ 10), and your own authenticated views.

We do not sell, license, or share your data with advertisers.

07Suspension

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that look fraudulent. We’ll tell you why when we can. You can delete your account at any time from your settings; we retain audit logs and GlideHire-issued offers for the period required to resolve disputes (typically 1–2 years).

08No warranty, limited liability

GlideHire is provided as-is. We don’t warrant uninterrupted service or that any role, salary figure, or facility detail will match what’s ultimately offered. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees you’ve paid us in the prior twelve months. Nothing here disclaims liability we can’t legally disclaim.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Philadelphia, PA, unless prohibited by law. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for trademark, copyright, or trade-secret claims.

10Email and SMS communications

When you create an account, you consent to receive transactional emails about your account, security events, applications, messages, hires, and bonuses. You may opt in to marketing communications such as saved-search digests, market-rate updates, and product announcements. Marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link per CAN-SPAM; transactional email cannot be unsubscribed without closing your account.

If you provide a phone number for SMS verification, you consent to receive transactional SMS related to verification and critical account-security events. Standard message and data rates apply. GlideHire does not send marketing SMS as of the Last Updated date above.

11Changes

We’ll update these terms when the product changes meaningfully. Material changes get an email to your account address with at least 14 days’ notice. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
